These are some of the words clients use to describe Paul Boehnke. An award-winning designer, Paul has been working as an art director/graphic designer since 1994. His first job in the business was at the respected packaging design firm of Hedstrom/Blessing, Inc. where he worked closely with Tom Blessing. Since then he’s worked both on staff and freelance in many different settings; from large corporations (Xcel Energy, Carlson Marketing, Best Buy, Augsburg-Fortress Publishers) to high-end design firms (McCracken Brooks, Pederson Gesk, Carmichael Lynch – Thorburn) to numerous small businesses and nonprofits in the arts, education, medical, and financial services. His most recent position was with magazine publisher Greenspring Media. While there he designed for Minnesota Monthly, Midwest Home, Where Twin Cities, Real Food, Drinks magazines as well as other travel publications and events.
His experience ranges from web and digital design to logo and identity systems, to all sorts of print collateral, magazines, newsletters, advertising, book covers, tradeshow booths.
